1. RETURNS FOR UNOPENED ITEMS

You may return any unopened item in its exact packaging that it was shipped in. There is a 25% restocking fee for all items returned that will be charged to the customer. Within 14 days of purchase, you may return a brand new, unopened item for any reason for a full refund less the 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For authorization number, email us and be sure to include your order number and a brief statement that the item you want to return is brand new and unopened. Then follow the instructions we will send you by reply email. You will need to pay for return shipping.

2. ITEMS DAMAGED ON SHIPPING

We package all shipments discreetly and securely, but damages may occur in transit. If your package arrives showing physical damage to the shipping box, you may wish to refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and later find that the merchandise inside is damaged, please keep the shipping box and all materials, and email us about the problem as soon as you can. We will file a claim for damage with the shipping company.

3. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES

Some products have additional manufacturer’s limited warranties of up to 90 days. You need to register your toy online with the manufacturer. You may make any claim for warranty repair or replacement directly with the manufacturer. You should always keep all product packaging, receipts, and warranty information in case you need to return your product. 

4. LINGERIE RETURN POLICY

Lingerie returns are accepted up to 7 days upon receipt of the package.

All returns must have RA # (Return Authorization Number)
(Returns without RA # will be refused)

We will gladly exchange an item for a different size or color if ALL requirements are met. However, NO REFUNDS will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Untouchable Treasures values your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item(s) for an exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags intact. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. Items received after the 7-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

All sales are final on supplements, panties, thongs, hosiery, men’s thongs and boxers.

All returns require prior authorization, and your Return Authorization number should be clearly shown on the outside of your return package.

For the health and safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, returns or exchanges WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED at any Untouchable Treasure retail location.

In accordance with state and local health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of intimate apparel, lotions, creams, lubricants or sex toys, whether used or not. Sales of such items are final unless the item is defective.

All Clearance/Sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be given on these items.

Defective merchandise will only be exchanged for an identical item or refunded to the original credit card. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for warranty terms and conditions after 15 days.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE EXCHANGED WITH 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR RECEIPT

6. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE REQUIRMENTS

Product(s) must be clean, in the original packaging and placed in a sealed plastic bag. Include a copy of your receipt in the package. Keep the original. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form included with your shipment, or click here to print a copy.

Once a return has been received and accepted by Ambiance, the replacement merchandise and/or store credit will be issued to the customer within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
